All orders placed by 4:00 pm Central Time (Mexico) Monday and Tuesday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If the weather is extremely hot, we may decide not to make the shipment, we will contact you by email to program such shipping or if necessary to cancel such order. 

If for any reason external to us the package could not be deliver to the corresponding address and we receive such package in return, you may place again the order, so long as you pay for the new shipping costs. 

We do not accept returns of product. Nevertheless, we will appreciate if you could contact us via email at info@joyville.com.mx for any inconvenience.
